- To train up a younger set of officials to help in the organization of national and international championships.
- To systematically develop the sport with the sole intention of unearthing budding shooters all over the country.

- To provide qualified coaching to help improve the standards of national shooters.
- To seek the government’s consent to lower the legal age for shooting to 12 and above so that the sport can be introduced to a larger pool of youngsters and students.
- To encourage all affiliates to hold their own state championships.
- To provide all necessary facilities to help the nation become a shooting powerhouse.
